Personalised Items

Unfortunately personalised items are bespoke and are made to order, therefore they are non refundable. 

If for instance there is a mistake on our part for example the personalisation received doesn’t match that requested please email us at contactus@neutral-nurture.com and we will be happy to send a replacement with proof of the incorrect item received.
